My AV visited me on day nine and unfortunately, I listened. Now it's time to get back in the saddle. It's a hard voice to ignore, especially since it lives in our heads. Hang in there.

I found chocolate ice cream , a shower on getting home and a 7pm bedtime helped on difficult days .

AV’s are little annoying ***** and no match for how powerful we are, especially 175 days sober.

There is no person or circumstance that can give me permission to drink. AV is right on time to tell lies. I can drink normal....lie! I can have just one....lie! I can control it....lie! Truth is if any of these statement were true, you wouldn’t be counting days. And I never want to count day 1 again. I have better things to do. Everything is better than counting day 1. I had urges around that time and my AV hounded me too, but counting on past 7 months is awesome. I’m not going back.
