I know it's not a Birthday, but I think reaching 200 sober days is cool.
It doe's get easier, this past weekend I went and visited my family in MI. last time up there my anxiety was through the roof, It was not being able to do the things I use to do, which was party. I had a hard time being around my family, I just wanted to be safe with just me and my wife. Someone said that I was in morning, morning the lose of drinking.
This weekend I socialized, played games and just had a good time. I slipped away from a birthday party for a few hours, when I got back my nephew asked where I went, with out hesitation I told him I went to a meeting, his response was "good job", I'm proud of you uncle Mike. Others drank but I was fine with water or a Dr. Pepper.
I no my struggles with alcohol are not over ,but for today I can say I can stay sober for 24 more hours.

200 is a nice number to be proud off .
Some numbers jump out at me too like 2 days ago I had 111 days .( I have a little thing that I see 11.11 lots of times suddenly looking at the time and it,s 11.11 etc .) so I liked my 111 .
