Day 4
Woke up exhausted and here it is 4 hours later and i can still use a nap. I also have a headache. I took ibprofen and some caffine and feel a little better.. i also have itchy skin.. is this normal?

I was SO tired in the first few weeks after stopping. I slept as much as I could (within reason!). It is pretty common. I've also read that people have itchy skin, so again sounds normal.
Headache maybe linked to dehydration? Drink lots of water if you can.

Totally normal. Naps felt so wonderful and needed. As to headaches, I had an on going headache for what seemed forever. Then one day it was gone. I’m grateful that part of recovery hasn’t really repeated itself at later dates. So yes! Those things do clear off as time passes!!!
