Thank you.
I've been dwelling all morning in everything still wrong in my life. But I did wake up sober this morning and forgot that THAT is the most precious thing to me and I am so very grateful for my sobriety!

I woke up sober like have for two years and one month (minus one day). I went into the office and started my 2018 business plan which is going to be just what I need. Will be heading to the gym shortly. Every sober day is a good day.
Well, yesterday I was coming off an all night binge so I was demorlaized, deeply depressed and in hell. But I slept a solid 13 hours last night and I woke up sober today and feeling much more positive. I also was able to get a few important things completed today, I ate a nice dinner, I attended an AA
meeting and now I'm about to relax and watch a little TV and go to bed sober this evening.
It's simple, but compared to yesterday I'm in heaven.
Have you ever written a gratitude list? Every few days write down five things you're grateful for. It helps me.
