Good morning! I’ve had several attempts at becoming sober. I do great for a few weeks or months, and then a bad day happens, a holiday or a Thursday. I’ve never had the support, and because of my social anxiety I have avoided meetings. I’ve read through several posts, and it’s nice to know there are so many others that have similar concerns and struggles as I do. I’m looking forward to this journey and it’s great to know there are resources to help along the way.
