I need immediate help, despite drinking now or not following

My addiction sure ramped up quickly. Still not daily but I am over a pint and justifying that as ok. Already to that stage tonight. Talk me back please, even if i just refer to in the morning. I am BATTLING. For me, depression was for sure first. I am finally giving in and checking out my hormones. It is too much.

how about start with NOT drinking......rather than try to find other causes for the condition? drinking is not helping you.....not one bit. do whatever you need to do to STOP once and for all.

For me it’s anxiety.
However, alcohol plus depression is so dangerous. You need to get help to stop before things get worse.

I think it would be a good idea to stop drinking now then you’ll be less hungover for tomorrow’s day 1. All the other stuff can wait.

Whats stopping you from putting down the drink right now? (not just tonight but generally)?

I'm glad you're here. What is holding you back at the moment? I hope that you decide to stop drinking now and begin to recover.

You have to actively practice living sober so that becomes the new habit.

You have stop practicing drinking, if you want to live sober.

Wishing you the best ...
