Hi and welcome
That's a large amount to be drinking nightly.
If you're worried why not stop drinking for a while and see what happens with the pain?
If you're worried about suddenly stopping drinking (and I would be too) why not see your Dr first?

Well, I'd say that's a helluva lotta beer to be drinking and it can't be good for your health. If your drinking is worrying you, that's probably a good indication that you need to address the issue.
Stop drinking because your body is screaming at you to get your attention! Your body doesn't last forever and the amount of drinking you have done is damaging your organs. Give them a break from processing alcohol before they quit on you.

My best friend died at 49 from alcohol abuse. She would drink a 5th of rum daily. She developed a fatty liver at 32. She didn't stop. She had a double hip replacement at 42 as the alcohol eroded her hip bones. She caught herself on fire at 45 taking something off the stove. Her husband found her on fire. She was so intoxicated, she didn't even feel the pain. She had multiple skin graft surgeries. She still drank and was a functioning alcoholic. At 47 she developed end stage cirrhosis. She still drank. She died at 49 from multiple organ failure. It was an agonizing death. I don't mean to preach to you as I am a recovering alcoholic, currently 3 weeks sober. Right side pain is most likely your liver asking for attention.Don't let what happened to my friend happy to you. It wasn't pretty.. You can do this.

Only 18 beers?
What a total lightweight!
I probably drank the equivalent in vodka each night.
Definitely call the doctor and setup a time to get liver tests, etc., They should also test for other deficiencies related to HEAVY alcohol consumption. Do this before it's too late!
Take a good look at the Lee6969 posting above and tuck it under your pillow.
