Really rough night tonight. Cravings felt totally out of control. Feeling a bit more on top of things now but came close to say F*** it and buying some wine. Alot of toddler whining going on, why can't I, I should be allowed, everyone else does, my life sucks blah, blah, blah....

Rookie mistake of not eating properly, being tired, being in the supermarket and being surrounded by booze.

I hope everyone else is doing okay tonight and managing to stay healthy and have some peace. If it wasn't for this site I wouldn't have stood a chance tonight. Serious gratitude to you all.

Yeah, I think remembering the hangover pulled me back from the edge tbh. Look after yourself Hope and start over. I' m working on the basis that this will stick (one of these days). It not an easy thing we are trying to do.
