Just checking in
It's been 4 weeks since I broke things off with axbf.
I've been very, very busy. I'm taking therapy, going to my job, and I started to learn a new musical instrument. I am also spending lots of quality time with friends. I am no longer ruminating so much over what happened. I still sometimes feel like I miss him, but when that happens, I tell myself that he was no good for me. I want to be with someone who treats me as an equal, and that wasn't happening with him.
Going "no contact" has helped a lot, too.
