Having no hope
I have repeated this pattern for a long time. I will feel better after a few days. It's been about 3 days now and I know the time is ticking until I binge again. I know my mind and body is in the recovery state but feel like I have little to no hope.

Hi,
I'm new to this forum today but know exactly how you feel. I can feel the pain in your writing. It's amaizing how quickly our minds and bodies forget the terrible side and encourage us to drink again. Keep the chin up 👍🏻.

I haven't in the last 5 years, been putting little effect in my life in general. I know I don't like being older, living like I'm 16 when I'm 35, not haven't a real social life and just not been really produced. I good in the first few months then things goes numb. I think it was worse this time because I haven't drank about 5 to 6 months.
