Odd question...well, maybe and maybe not. For the past couple of days, my right eye has been pretty bloodshot. I noticed this another couple of times I attempted sobriety in the past. Is this just a weird thing happening to me, or have others experienced this during early sobriety? Currently on day 4.

Could be something simple like dry eyes. Drink lots of water, take your contacts out if you wear them, and try lubricating drops like Systane (not visine!).

That works for me.

Maybe the pharmacist can give you something , if your worried pop round to your doctor or nurse . in the first few days up to a week my eyes were so heavy and red couldn't bare to look at me in the mirror , I felt how I looked which wasn't pretty .
