There is guy called Kevin O Hara. He was a big drinker and stopped drinking in January 2013 for the first year he did Vlog every week of his journey and thoughts being AF. I found him very interesting and insightful and the entire subject. He still does regular VLogs as he treks around the hills in Spain. If you are looking for positive reinforcement to stop his channel well worth watching.
