Hello

I'm new posting here, but have been reading posts here for months.

I have smoked weed on and off every day for the last six years since my mamma passed on. To heal the pain, little did I know it would cause me more pain, than facing my Mamma's passing.

I have managed a couple of months weed free here and there but keep falling back into the marjuanna trap. I get bored, it's hard when PAWS's still hits months after being clean.

I've never had support when quitting. I don't have any family its just my daughter and I. I keep the bright side out for her, but when she goes to stay with her Father things get hard.

It's so depressing smoke eat sleep, smoke eat sleep. I get so lonely from isolating. I let my non smoking friends slip.
Only to realise that my smoking friends are just that, smoking friends.

I have changed my number, got rid of dealers and old smoking friends numbers. It's day one and being sober let me see how alone I am in the world. Sorry sounds dramatic I know.

Anyway thanks for reading feels good to be honest
