So it's day 22 and i'm feeling amazing.

One thing that has been bothering me though, is the fact that I haven't been chatting in the SR chatroom lately.

I talked to a close friend about it and she told me it's probably because I don't rely on it as much to keep myself sober....which sucks in A WAY!

I really enjoy the people in the chat. I even notice some of the people i'd talk to daily are also not feeling like they need it as much.

I guess that's a good thing for all of us.

Has anyone else gone through this on SR?

Yeah it is good thing, being AF and happily getting on with life. I have been on here too much the last couple of days, strangely addictive.

I've never really gotten into chat - but a lot of people use SR for a time and move on...as long as you have a good recovery plan you can stay sober

I've never used chat, but the one thing I noticed the last time I fell off the bus was that I stopped going on SR. Then, once I started the drinking cycle again I stayed off completely.

Interestingly, I was on a few days ago, and there was someone's post that was sort of a trigger for me, so I quickly got off! However, almost all the time the site offers me motivation.
