Day 6 has wrapped up.
Hi everyone, just my quick usual thougths on paper before sleep. I wanna make this a habbit it REALLY helps. So I appreciate the comments and time you take reading.
Its been a generally bland day, I laughed abit in the morning but was distracted by my cravings I had, I was analysing them.
Todays activity usually involved drinking.
I started weights again, but would always drink a beer on the way home from gym.
Then I'd drink 3 or 4 at home. Then after that a quick run to the shops before it closes to binge abit. And the cycle continued.
Not today though!
To close up, I've found that I have alot of free time now that needs to filled.
Emotions- much better then day 1. Feeling Patient. Calm but abit irritable.
Cravings - mild to low
Physical - dehydrated, and head spin after a hot shower.
Onto day 7!

At first I thought I had a lot of free time, but now that things have progressed, I seem to have less and less idle time. I guess not feeling like crap all the time allows one to incorporate more activities into one's routine.
