Thumbs up 1 week sober

Yesterday was a cool day I guess, just hung out at home on my day off and facetimed some friends back home in Massachusetts. Watched some inspirational videos....Helped my husband with his chemistry lab stuff...Did some rearranging in the garage. Anyway not really much to say about the day as it was fairly ordinary . I feel good and have no cravings for alcohol

One of the coolest thing about sobriety is find new things to do with the time we spent hammered and passed out. Some folks get bored at first then they discover it is a gift. I am enjoying all the new things in sobriety! Stay strong and enjoy.
