Hi all, just checking in to say things are going great so far. I really seem to have got my head around my "mental obsession" (thanks again TomSteve)and am beginning to understand my thought processes.
Its so very early days but for this day, at least, I am happy, strong, positive and will worry about tommorow when it comes.

Thanks everyone. Still doing ok this evening. Just waiting for Dr Foster to come on tv (a UK drama) then looking forward to bed and a new day tommorow.
