Fantastic on 12 days, you've already gotten over a huge hurdle, don't risk losing that for total INSANITY, because that's what it is.

Oh I wish I knew the right thing to say to you, wish so bad. I'm on day 2, and I don't WANT to go back, ever again, I see what it's doing to me, especially my thinking, and heaven knows you don't want that. I've had more then my fill of this total craziness.

I'm so happy you've come in here asking for help, instead of waiting after the fact. YOU GO GIRL.

I'm sorry that you're having a tough day. It might sound trite, but having a drink is not going to make things better, only worse.

The only way to gain strength is to challenge these feelings and beat them. Then you get stronger, each time, by winning the battle.

Get on the phone and call the central office of AA in your town. Tell them what you are going thru. Call anybody you have on your phone list. Get ready to go to a meeting tonite. You only have to hang on till you get to the meeting, and then tell the people there how you are feeling.
