Day 1 done and dusted.
So, I made it through this evening with no major dramas. I think the health issue I spoke about earlier has bothered me more than I realised. Its like an off button has been switched (at least for the moment) and I really dont want a drink. Funnily enough, the weird tummy/rib sensation has gone away now.
Its 11pm here in the UK, teeth cleaned, mouthwash done (that wouldnt usually happen. Its normally after mid night when I 'come round' and crawl in to bed) and I am in bed looking forward to a bright new day tommorow.
