Day 130 and doing better :-)
Just a quick update that I'm feeling mentally a bit brighter :-)

Reading lots on PAWS and trying to understand it better

Thanks for all the help last couple weeks my SR friends,wouldnt be here right now without you helping me along and talking some sense into my pickled brain and apologies for my negativity of late !
