I've been ruminating on my past so much, I'm filled with regret, resentment, blame. I no longer trust my decisions, past and present. I need so much to remain sober and move on. I have to believe the future promises a better life without all the negativity.

Hope is one of those strange words that is both a verb and a noun.

The more I do it, the more I have it.

celandra- HOPE is my word. Not in 'I hope I will get better', but as in- with me putting in the hard yards, doing the work necessary- my future, today- this moment have hope. A better life,way of living. Keep posting, join some of the new-c threads- you will get to know people.
