Going strong...but TIRED!

Day 8 no alcohol, Day 2 no ciggys...Im sleeping like a rock, but waking up really tired. I know this is early on, but how long will the tiredness last? And the bread craving?...lol! I Never crave bread, but I do now! Thanks!

Everybody is different. I was all over the place for a few months. It gets easier.

Thank you Tomls...The Tired is unlike any I remember, save maybe, traveling to a different time zone! But I know its a good thing, I just feel like a sloth and Im normally a lot more active!

Yes the crippling lethargy is perfectly normal. You are healing your body and mind Wrandi so if you are able to sleep that's great. Sleep is a wonderful healer. I know it's difficult but be patient with yourself. You're doing a wonderful thing!

Hi, I am a month in and I have been tired on and off, the good days are fab but I know that feeling of tiredness omg hopefully it wont last too long, well done keep at it
