Hey bllit

In all honesty I think you need a better plan than eating lunch or not.
This is tricky stuff.

why not give this link a read through?

Never Quit Quitting!

Every time I ran away from SR, I hurtled straight down a baaaad road of sickness and defeat; sometimes is took years to get back here. If you're here, you have hope. Never Give Up on yourself...

Hang in there..I had to fall down a few times too before I learned to walk. As long as you don't give up and you find a plan that will work for you, you're making progress.

Eating well throughout the day, and posting here often are two good things you can do. I hope you check out recovery programs so you can add some tools to help you get through each day.

Try making sobriety the most important thing in your life for awhile. Like as important as breathing air. After a short period of time, things ease up a little and the urges aren't nearly as strong as they are early on. If you are like most of us, you'll feel much better too.

I have bruises from all the times I have fallen...not proud of slipping back into drinking over the years, but it happened and I cant change that...I can change what I do today and every day moving forward....I am back on track this year and not regreting one minute of it.
Keep on keepin on

That's great news bllit. There's sooooo much to read and learn on this site alone. It's my lifeline for sure. Great job getting back so soon. Take care!

Yep, I'm up before dawn, too...perfect time to read "the latest news" at SR.

I just had a great idea: let's not drink today! We can all go to bed sober tonight; won't that be nice?
