Been drinking heavy for over 3 years its affecting my health. Have been to docs and cut down by two thirds but as soon as I got one excuse for a party I started again. Neone one else fall back into the trap. It's bloody hard to stop boredom gets me all the time.

Do join the August 2017 class... That's where I am. It will definitely help. There's always activity here on SR and sticking here will clear some of the boredom.

You will need to look deeper into that boredom, though. What is your life like? Do you work? Have a family? Friends? Why are you bored?
