Hunger, Anger, Loneliness and Tired
H.A.L.T. means for us to stop what
were doing when one of these 4
above us needs some attention.
I didn't sleep very well either last
night, probably because I ate a whole
bag, small bag, of spicy chips yesterday,
which I should have known better, but
still ate them and the result was a lower
pain in my tummy which ached all night
and made me restless and uncomfortable.
Gotta remember that consequences
come after certain things we choose to
do that we know arent right or good for
us.
20 days sober as you keep marching
forward learning helpful, healthy ways
to deal with life on a daily bases.
Keep up the good work and close
your eyes today if you need to for
about 15 minutes for a power nap.
