Yes, it is very good and really "sobering".

I can remember watching it with a glass of wine knowing the lesson was for me, but being unable/unwilling to apply it yet.

I checked AETV and Looks like (here in States) they have all the past episodes to live stream.

Oh really? It is on here on TV. Funny as A&E is an American channel. Did you do a search on your TV? There should be a search feature. My cable company has that. It is a Canadian Holiday today so maybe these episodes are on because of that.
