Day 16, exhausted but hey you cant have everything

would love more than 4 hours sleep, but I can live with that if that's the worst it throws at me, I know it isn't the worst, but onwards and upwards, have a great day everyone

when I got sober first time round it took a few weeks for my sleep patterns to improve bt when they did it was amazing. Real, proper, deep sleep for 6-7 hours. Hang on in there & congrats on 16 days

Since I've started a bit of exercise again I'm going to sleep better in the nights. I know you have kids but even a dvd or you tube video could work X

Think I have insomnia, my sleep went haywire after I had my little boy, I got post natal with him, but you never know it may get better soon, perhaps cutting out coffee all together may help also

There are many solutions available
to each of us to help with insomnia
that doesn't require poison that messes
us up even more.

Exercises to train the mind to shut
out all the noises that disturb a good
nights sleep. Relaxation music, candles,
low lights, mediation, hot tube, jucuzzi,
etc., a nice swim, and of course good
ole exercise or workout where youd be
exhausted and your body will look
forward to falling into a fresh clean
new sheet bed, soft, cozy and comfy.

There's lots of information available
to us to help just by asking or researching,
reading, educating ourselves.

Treat yourself, pamper yourself to
become the best person you can be
inside and out. A wonderful, awesome
gift to give yourself.
