15 days sober and it feels great!
Just checking in. It's been a tough 15 days especially the first week where I was very tired and depressed but it's finally getting better. I had a work event tonight at a pub which I had to attend but I stuck to my guns and drank Diet Coke. I laughed, talked to people and had fun without drinking at all! I haven't done that in over a decade and I wasn't sure it was possible anymore. I'm slowly gaining confidence in myself and my sobriety. Thanks for the all the help and support...will keep checking in.
