Fought Serious Cravings This Weekend

Today is Day 21. I had multiple bouts of strong cravings this past weekend, but I fought them hard and did not give in. I think the weekends are going to be more challenging than weekdays for a while.

Anyway, still sober! Woo woo!

Way to go... Getting through the first few weekends are tough...
But this will certainly strengthen your sober foundation!
Keep it up!

Michelle, way to go! It will get easier. Great job on pushing through!

Think of how awful it would be to have a Monday morning of regret and sickness and sadness instead of the feeling you have now.

Great job!

Hi Michelle, well done on 21 days and surviving the weekend. Strangely, I was also tempted by cravings this weekend that were a bit stronger than before, and I am nearly at the one month mark. All and all I am doing well though, and I hope you are experiencing the same.
