Does Methadone give anyone energy?
Hi, I was wondering this the other day and decided to ask. I notice that I'm less "energized" when I miss a day or two at my clinic.
Opiates in low doses have sort of always done this to me. But with methadone, the more I take, the more energetic and talkative I get.
Of course there's a limit until the nodding effect starts (150mg or so).
Just wondering if I'm the only one. I've been on methadone for about 5 years or so. It wasn't that noticeable when I would attend 5x a week and take it everyday. Or maybe it was and I just can't remember it right now. But I notice it a lot now that i changed clinics, and because of my schedule, sleep cycle and etc.. I miss a day or two.
