End of day 1
Thanks to everyone who read/replied to my previous post....just getting into bed at the end of day 1. Is it normal to feel exhausted, its only just gone 9pm!!??
So ive told 1 of my closest friends about my chaotic drinking, she was great & didnt judge me at all, we've made plans to settle the kids tomo, leave hubbies at home then meet up for food & cinema...zero alcohol, im deffinately going to do all the stuff i enjoy that doesn't involve booze!!!
Ive said to hubby that we cant have wine in the house just in case, but he's not much of a drinker so not an issue.
Ive booked an appt with an addiction counsellor but not for another 2 wks. We've decided to go on a family camping trip next wk & there won't b any temptation!! Feeling positive & happy to b back on SR!!
