I understand you've been experiencing loss of appetite since you've quit drinking and were going to see your doc about that? Being a health weight is good and all, but nutrition is more important, especially in recovery from alcohol abuse, because it depleted a lot of stuff.
Edit to add: congrats, that's happy... forgive me, I haven't turned off nurse mode yet..
