Hi Mummyto2,

I noticed you were having trouble navigating the board...I think we all do when we get here!

I thought I would share the attached image on how to start a thread in 4 easy steps!

1) Click on the forum link in which you want to start a new thread, like "Newcomers to Recovery".

2) Click on the "New Thread" button, and a new screen will appear.

3) Give your thread a title.

4) Type in what you want to share.

Can't wait for my day 3. I am back to Day 1 and you know what that is like. Posting really helps me. I need to know that someone cares. I am disappointed with myself right now. Why did I give in when I know I won't stop until I get sick. Uhggg!!
