Hi

Hi, don't know where to start really. I'm 32, Been drinking since I was 15. Various detox.s then me being idiotic and stupid I would last hours from leaving the clinic and go to the pub.

Lots of suicide attempts. Lots of self harm

I lost my house, relationship. Family and still carried on but I recently went to for a detox and something has changed.

8 days sober and now waiting for a rehab bed.
