Hi
Hi I'm new to this Forum, I was sober for 2 years, and went on vacation for 7 days, thought you know what will one drink do, it turned into a bottle of Vodka a day, I stopped when I got home for 2 reasons, my partner threatened to leave me and that it was out of control and I am returning to work tmrw.. I stopped on Thursday that lead to a day of vomiting.. unable to lift my self off the bed, it's now Sunday 4 days and I still feel very shaky, sensitive to everything.. very anxious , last nite was the only nite I could sleep which was horrible , weird dreams, woke up covered in sweat, I could keep food and water down since yesterday... any advice how I can speed up the detox? Back to a busy job tmrw

I would suggest that you see or call your doctor to discuss your withdrawal symptoms. A bottle of vodka a day is a huge amount of alcohol; detox and withdrawals can be serious.
Stay well hydrated, eat light meals, get a bit of fresh air, continue to rest.
