8 months
It just hit me that today is July 1, which means I'm 8 months sober. I've stopped obsessively counting the days, but this is a good day of which to take note.

So far today I've cleaned the house, done some laundry, and made myself a healthy, plant based lunch. Incredibly boring, right? But unthinkable 8 months and 1 day ago.
