Back after 6 years !
Hello all,
I wanted to reintroduce myself after a long absence.
I got divorced three years ago and moved from Atlanta to Portland, OR. It has been an adventure, with both good and bad of course.
My sobriety date is 6-19-15 and I did it with AA, a sponsor, working all 12 steps. Now I'm burnt out with my home group and fired my sponsor.
I'm doing several workbooks- a Relapse Prevention book and a mindfulness and DBT skills workbook.
I know I have to keep working on myself and hope to have SR and you guys as part of my tool kit.
