Day 1

So I've decided it's time to stop. I'm hoping that once I don't feel physically rotten I'll start feeling better about it! Right now it's all nausea and shakes. Tell me it gets better!

It does get better physically. Then you just have to cope with the cravings of wanting to check out for a couple hours.

I'm on day 41 , the first few days are the worst but it does get better , just take one day at a time

Hey Bee!! I can say without hesitation - it does get better. The initial withdrawal feels like absolute hell. There is no denying this. And if you feel sick enough that perhaps you need help, just go to the ER. A few hours and you are on your sober way, to a new life that does not include destruction and loathing.
