The difference 7 days can make 💜

Last Sunday I was lying in bed with an excruciating hangover and unbearable anxiety after 11 hours of drinking alcohol at a wedding...

This Sunday I am sitting on my balcony sober with the sun shining and a cool breeze, enjoying the scents of basil, mint, rosemary, thyme and sage from my 'herb garden', watching squirrels gathering food and scampering up trees, a Robin perched on a bench, a blackbird flying over heard and many unseen birds chirping away in the trees and bees buzzing by busy with their work...how wonderful it all is 🐝🌳🐦🌞🌬

It is indeed so much better. Today is much more relaxed for myself also. Store this in memory for next there is a free beer event.
