Yesterday was my first sober day. I made it through the grocery store and sped walked past the booze aisle. Sounds silly but that was always difficult for me when I attempted to not drink that day. I made it out of there with no wine or tequila purchase. Day 2 starts and I'm filling my schedule.

Good job on not buying booze. I sometimes avoid shopping alone if I feel my AV voice wanting a drink.
