Hello world.
currently writing from israel. based in LA and NJ and doing so much step work on 6 and 7 while googling difference between character defects and shortcomings, I found this forum and thought it’d be cool to go old school on a forum site. Favorite part of recovery is traveling and going to meetings and actually being able to speak on steps I have worked.
sharing in spanish and hebrew is tough, since 2nd languages are tough to express yourself.

Welcome!
13 years and doing 6-7!
Is this a re-working or your first time?
I'm 3.5 years sober and still 'stuck' in step 4 formally.... though I've done the others in part along the way.
I feel the steps have been an evolving process. I'm interested to hear a little more of your story.
Glad you're here.

Welcome to SR, koshadillz.
Like you, I had some time before discovering this forum. Grateful to have 30 yrs sobriety and to have AA as a way of life. SR has been a wonderful way for me to feel like I'm part of something, less alone, and has actually resulted in me being more social with real people!
Wishing you well.
