Third column of the 4th step?
this is what i've found online. I guess I'll use this unless anyone has suggestions.
Self-esteem
is my
stage
character.
The
role
that
I’ve
assigned
myself.
•
Pride
is how
the
rest
of
the
players
are
supposed
to
see
to
me.
•
Ambition
is what
I want
out
of
this
scene.
•
Security
is what
I need
out
of
this
scene
to
be
okay.
•
Personal
Relations
is my
deep
seated
idea
of
what
this
type
of
relationship
should
look
like.
•
Sex
Relations
is my
deep
seated
ideas
of
how
a real
man
and/or
real
woman
would
be
in
this
situation.
•
Pocket
Book
relates
to
my
finances.

I call it the affects column,column 3
how does the resentment, column one,and cause in column 2 affect me?
when I had a resentment,it automatically affected my personal relations,I would get violent, gossip,or stay away from them most times.
If it had money involved,I would list pocketbook,if it concerned and hindered "my" plans,I would list ambitions,or even sex ambitions if I had wanted sex with "her" and she snubbed me or run off with another guy and then both of them would make the list.
say someone embarrassed me on the job,I would list their name in column one,and what they did in column 2,and how it affected me in column 3
There I would write security,pride,personal relations,ambitions
when I was done with the 3rd column for each row,I wrote in (fear)
like it shows in the book
later on my sponsor taught me to pray and identify that fear and later move it to my fear inventory
by the way, list all harms, real harms or imagined harms you may have against those people, institutions and principles
how this helps clear up that 3rd column

Hello erin,
The link below contains a Resentments Form I like to use, plus some Speaker Messages directly related to Step 4.
Click this link, or copy and paste in your browser:

It is a 2-page Form. Print a separate copy for each Resentment. It is great Form because it expands the Inventory and helps me do a 'searching' inventory for each issue without being uncertain 'how' I'm supposed to do the inventory.
Hope you like it, and the Speaker Messages.
