GM Stewy! Since changing up your routine worked well yesterday, why not do the same today?

The sun has finally returned here today so I'm off for a long workout. You inspired me yesterday to get back out there Stewy.

Keep at it my friend! TTFN

Day 2 for me as well Stewy. There have been so many. What are we going to do differently this time? I'm usually good for a week or two, then manage to forget that I just can't drink normally. Let's do this.

You can get through the cravings, Stewy. Have a snack. Remember HALT.

I'm also on day 2 today and my cravings have been horrendous all day long. They are calming down now as I'm using distraction to get through it. Iv bathed my son, making dinner now, going to read my mags in a bit, go to bed early and just get the day over with.

You already know the first week is the hardest Stewy...you've done it before, you can do it again.

Here's a drink for you:
2 freshly squeezed limes
1/4 C cranberry juice
Fill the rest of the glass w/seltzer water

Try and remember that cravings are simply feelings. It's very hard the first few days, but how you react to them is something completely under your control. For example, you came here to post that you were having cravings today - instead of just drinking, which is an important step. Keep yourself engaged in other things - either posting here, spending time with your daughter, or even consider going to a meeting tonight instead of your "usual" routine.
