I am glad to not be getting into any kind of trouble tonight or puking my guts out later - which seems ridiculous to me - that is what i was doing 3 weeks ago.

I am still feeling depressed tho. i didnt get much sleep last night.

3 weeks is great!

I hope you feel better soon and that you start getting more sleep. It can take awhile but it does get a lot better!! Exercise if you can...walking is a great start!
