Congrats on 40 days - that's awesome! My legs feel weak all the time, but that's because I hike. I think it's normal in early recovery for our bodies to have aches and pains like you describe. It's all a part of healing the damage we've done to them.

I am about the same time frame (6w) and I think everyone is different in their recovery. I have taken a week off of exercising due to toenail surgery, but I feel fatigued and tired this week. (Also have a ocular migraine today) But atleast I am not hungover or drunk!!!

Yes, my legs felt weak, especially in the beginning when I totally lost my appetite and stayed inside. There were days when I found it really hard to get up...! It knocked me on my @*#. And I say this as someone with muscular thighs from years of step machine workouts, weight lifting, and hiking.
Later on I developed some swelling (edema) in my legs, which made it even more difficult to get around, but the swelling went away after 3 weeks or so.
The leg strength is slowly coming back. It's important to remain as active as possible.
Congrats on your 40 days.
Think after we've stopped numbing ourselves, we tend to feel every ache and pain. As others suggested, it takes time for the toxins to be released. Also certain RX's may have SE's.
Stay hydrated. Check with your physician if it persists, or progresses.
Hope it passes soon and you feel better.
