Sober time today

Work this morning, football later, feels good to be sober this morning

Can get in my car and go to work not worrying about being over the limit

Will post an update later

Good work Stewy. Be careful with withdrawals. Exercise is always good for the endorphins and seeing your team mates should lift your spirits.

I know what you are talking about. I feel before I was going through life worried I was over the limit or at the least not being fully present to life.

Yay! Waking up to a full day used to be a trigger to drink, like I couldn't handle it all. Now I'm working on having more of your mindset, what a gift to wake up sober and have so much to fill my day! Thanks for posting.

Yeah it's been ok today, in bed now and sober

Being sober just takes all the madness out of your day, all the worry and anxiety caused by drinking disappears

Don't get me wrong, I still have worries but I'm able to deal with them in a better way

Another sober day done, thank you guys for looking after me recently I do appreciate it I'll post again tomorrow
