I'm back, again

Still drinking. Tomorrow is complete day 1- today was throwing out the liquor. Hoping for support, this is hard to do alone.

Yes, it is hard to do, but you can do it! Do you have a recovery plan in place to help you with your sobriety?

glad ya made it back.
I couldn't do it alone, either.
after I threw out all the alcohol that was in my fridge, I also threw out all the other things I did to try and stop drinking.
then found my way to AA.
been workin pretty good for a few years now.

Well I had a whole post but basically I have the best plan I can-opening up to my closest family
