Ive tried to concentrate on what is fun for me. Alone. Once i establish that i enjoy my alone time i find i am less stressed about what people are doing elsewhere.

You have to get it out of your mind that everyone is partying. Theyre not. Its the same people at the same bars switching from bar to bar every other night. Its an illusion.

Same people AND they sit in the same stools....I find that so odd. And everyone talks AT you. No one listens. SSDD for a fact. I think your alcoholic voice is telling you you are missing out on the fun just to get you to drink. Ignore it. Let it go...

You ain't missing anything fun. Tomorrow you'll have missed the hangover, the crappy nights sleep, dry mouth, and of course all the stupid things you did and can only kind of remember, but everyone else remembers with that stupid grin when they look at you....like I said you aren't missing anything. Keep you self dignity. Stay strong.

Tried going to a meeting but it was cancelled. having a hard time tonight. Not alone but lonely and tired. Not feeling like myself. Going to try to get a good nights rest and see what tomorrow brings.
