Did you drink again? Is that why? Everyone has issues, one way or another. Some are just more conspicuous than others! What's going on?

I covered up issues by drinking. Then I became addicted and had yet another issue.

You can quit. Turn the tunes up and let the windows down. Breathe and relax.

Finally seeing a counselor to get to the root of why I was drinking as all that ever helped me. I couldnt do it on my own.

I couldn't do it in my own either. The biggest gift I ever gave myself was the humility to let others help me and not let pride and fear continue to make my life a misery. I hope you feel better soon. Well done for taking that massive step towards getting help and becoming willing to deal with those issues responsibly rather than keeping on la-la-laaing them in the hope they'll just disappear one day.

Wishing you all the best for your recovery. BB

Tell us more, please. You know, we all have issues. Last Saturday I was in a really, really bad place. I could not control my negative thinking - it was horrible. Then I told myself, "This, too, shall pass." And, thank God, it did. Keep posting - we can help each other.

I agree - getting sober is an emotional process. I have good days and bad. We all get overwhelmed sometimes
