Hi FRRR! Getting through any time increments sober is "doing it right." No matter how small- and lots of people will tell you how time crawwwwled for them at first!- keep going and don't drink.

My plan is AA so I'd suggest you try a meeting.

Do check out Leigh's suggestions and search around here for good info on programs people use (there are lots) to get and stay sober.
